Shipping was good and arrived on time, but was not impressed with customer service. I had some concerns when my order showed up (screw different colour than I requested, the engraving was very very light and not as big as it seemed in the example photos) , and versus any sort of apology or attempt to find a solution, the seller was indifferent and basically said I didn't know black from pewter, and that it 'looked fine to them'. Wouldn't recommend product based solely on the customer service experience (consider how much it costs, I'd expect better customer service).

Absolutely beautiful. As described and the seller had wonderful and prompt communication to confirm how we’d like the customization. Arrived really quickly within a couple of days. Beautiful quality and such a lovely gift to personalise with memories. Unreservedly recommend and will be back for future gifts too. the postage service misplaced the order so it arrived well after my due date, it was an anniversary present so i was in trouble lol. the actual book was great present though and it was beautiful
