Shipping Origin

At OakBindery, we take great pride in our craftsmanship. All of our products are carefully handcrafted, personalized, and dispatched from our fulfillment facility.

 

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Time

We offer worldwide shipping to over 200 countries and regions. Please note that the estimated delivery times listed below include both our order processing time (1 to 3 business days) and the carrier's transit time.

 

1. Standard Shipping (7 to 15 business days)

 

* Orders US$28.80 and above: FREE

* Orders under US$28.80: A flat shipping fee of US$8.00

 

2. Express Shipping (6 to 11 business days)

 

* All orders: A flat shipping fee of US$10.00

 

Currency & Billing

All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD), regardless of the destination country or the shipping address provided at checkout.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) as soon as your order has been dispatched. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

OakBindery is not responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, or taxes applied to your international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damages During Transit

While we take great care in packaging our handcrafted items, damages during transit can occasionally happen. If you receive a damaged product, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at hello@oakbindery.com with clear photos so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
